Registers Students Progress Types

Use this reference data to set up different progress codes on registers and link them with an enrolment status code. Each enrolment status code must have a register student progress type.

The Generation Default check box sets the register progress code that learners that are automatically added to a register are given. It is usually set against register progress code ‘A’, which is mapped to the course enrolment progress status of ‘A’/Active so that active learners on the course are added as active participants on the register event.

Note: You need to set the Generation Details check box adjacent to the ‘A (Active)’ code for the learner to be added back as active on a register when their course enrolment progress is changed from a non-active status to 'Active'.
