Registers Students Progress Types

Use this reference data to set up different progress codes on registers and link them with an enrolment status code. Each enrolment status code must have a register student progress type.

The Generation Default check box sets the register progress code that learners that are automatically added to a register are given. It is usually set against register progress code ‘A’, which is mapped to the course enrolment progress status of ‘A’/Active so that active learners on the course are added as active participants on the register event.

You need to set the Generation Details check box adjacent to the ‘A (Active)’ code for the learner to be added back as active on a register when their course enrolment progress is changed from a non-active status to 'Active'.
